it is not only the college fault....it is the gomen as well...

It's more on greedy colleges. The government control the visa with students' attendance in classes. However, it can't be enforced if the college is willing partner...we control it well in my university since we want quality students only..

Damn! I didn't know that the owner rent it out to afrikans. I plan to move in Aug/Sept.
I could see 2-3 owners already moved in as i saw cars at their porch around 7pm everyday.

Sigh. What can we do then?

We must unite. I am saying this based on what I have seen. Of course they will pay more money for rent as compared to locals but just watch and see after the contract ends, you will have a hard time to chase them out of the house. more over, they will most likely stop paying rent

Nope here people very specific one. Viola and Spira RA also cannot combine.than how about other developer.for them all are different.

Thx to Spirans, i chased them out after only one month. Even one month also dah buat kacau memekak at 3am. (as reported by neighbour).

The african thing all started with Jeghui. He chased off and now they are at Viola. Why allow them to come in to spira in the first place.

Sorry but Jeghui especially cannot ignore me. I am in Viola and you are in Arab.

I dont take instruction from investors who know how to complain maximum but when comes to community contribution....its always i will check with my tenant. Same story everytime.

Was in Spira today to do work on the curtains. Am pleased to report that the kindie is starting to move out (some external fittings like lights removed). There is still a car parked outside so no confirmation whether classes are still running.

On the Africans issue, hope the Viola-ians are able to engage the owner. I wonder if it is the same malay girl - african group that rented Jeghui's unit or a new one.

An point to ponder: No gated or guarded community is safe from a trojan horse. Investors need to seriously vet their tenants as I've heard of cases where a gang of robbers would rent a house, rob everyone in the taman then move on. Hope everyone can learn from Jeghui's predicament. Don't trust your agent fully as they are only after that 1 month rent.

About those africans, yup, could be the same ppl. Gated and guarded they are free to conduct their crazy activities. I guess violans should do something about it.

If i were a violan i complain to the owner right away. If i sensed some dodgy activities i will simply call the cops!
