facade color kinda spoilt it

I was shock when first knowing the facade color is blue. Due to this worry i purposely visited the site, i changed my perception thereafter and kinda like the blue facade very much now.

easy fix.....just a small portion of the house is painted blue...if you dont like it, perhaps, RM30 of white paint can fix it.

A very warm hi to all of Alam Impian TTDI owners, just moved into my Spira unit this week (not me, my parents as technically i'm still working abroad) and they're loving the place already. how is the traffic in the morning and evening in and out of Alam Impian? am thinking of getting a place here but thought that its kinda far and dalam also ... i work in KL city while my other half works in Subang ....

currently staying near Old Klang road area ... no where can beat that location. but house price in Alam Impian seems affordable with nice environment ..

there is a clause in s&p stating u cant change the color.

Hi everyone. I m one of the buyers of Zircona. I eventually made up my mind after reading this forum. I believe Alam Impian will boom to be a successful township one day. However I hv a question: are all the link houses here being granted GBI accreditation?

I don like here. Too many factory and very messy surroundings.Got unifi there?

sorry i cannot stop laughing.Unifi seems to be a decision maker to invest 600k to 700k property.Not the design of the house or other good features of the housing.

Canting have thier shop lots building in progress.Tadika Dian is there.

hi..i'm back again..

Yesterday, i checked with semawyong's wife, she managed to collect around 20 residents who like to joint for the fogging (thanks a lot Miss Jess for your help, as i only managed to collect 8 reply slip from my pink box Really appreciate it).

I would like to suggest the fogging activity to be conduct on next weekend (14 or 15 April 2012)..if everyone agree i will inform the Fogging Company and prepare the Notice (for Safety Purposes during fogging).

I also called NAZA TTDI yesterday, i spoke to Encik Asri from the Property Management to check on the procedure for fogging, and there are no restriction from their side..

Encik Asri also wanted to meet us to discuss further on the Security contract, arcording to him, the contract will be expired by May 2012. He need SPIRA residents to form RA before he can hand over the contract for Security and rubbish collection..

Hi HBM,

I suggest the collection is done 1st before proceeding with the Fogging. We must not burden the Organizer. If later on have issues in collection than this will discourage the Organizer to do the Fogging regularly.Easy way is bank in into a bank Account and sms thier detials on the bankin.This way even in overseas the contribution could be made online.

Definitely we need to make the collection first, based on my discussion with Miss Jess and Puan Aliza, last time we only manage to get around 10 reply..the cost for each fogging session is RM500, so its around RM50/house..but since Miss Jess manage to get more to participate..the cost is around RM25/house..Kindly check the fogging quotation that i posted ealier just for your reference.
