checked back the S&P, the 1% penalty is in case u have signed the S&P and can't secured a loan, then u shd pay the 1% of the S&P value, but it does not indicate whether we should prove to the developer the decline letter from the bank. This S&P is in accordance to the HDA rules and regulation, so i guess the rate shd be quite standard.

If what u heard is true then how come the 'ready to move in'  int. Viola 24x80 only asking for RM700k?

I invested in other project. And the committee already formed before the ground works started. The committee is formed and request to meet the developer in a group.

My suggestion is the committee members to be head by the existing residents. The other purchasers whose their units under con can join as member. We can start from the Spira RA.

I dont think the landscape will become anywhere near the brochure pics.

tats wat itu sa say spira and viola soon or later will hit 800k because other around ge houses sure hit 900k and above.. now spira and viola dy hit 700k and above.. he say wan buy buy now wo.. sure got demand la ttdi ai.. lu try check whole viola also 100% all sub sale also sold out jo even i call all agent one by one with the banner...tat y i wonder y ttdi ai is so hot
