Added on April 1, 2012, 10:24 amIf someone raises the issues such as mosquito problems in TTDI AI and UNIFI delayed for almost a year, I would happily jump in to support as those are real draw backs of TTDI AI and affecting everyday of our life.

I am coming forward to help which is not my business and it seems so difficult to provide detials.Sorry i am not that free to refer back all the old forums to get your detials.

this Forum or Alam Impian does not belong to you or any forumer.Like i said before this is Malaysia and know my rights.

I raise a challenge here. Can all the forumers meet up at Alam Impian with a agreed time and discussed all matter arising in this Forum.From here we can know each other personally.Unless most information given in this Forum are not correct and forumers are reluctant to meet up to reveal thier identity.

Can this be done. Or everyone prefer to just paste posting in forums just for time passing to complete their Internet Bandwidth Limits.

We tried to arrange the meet and greet session but not many showed up. Everyone was busy. To make community active, we need someone with a lot of free time to volunteer for the community. So far none in Spira. That's why we don't have RA till now. If you think you are that person, we have no problem in following you. But you are just outsider for us now. You need to be a house owner in TTDI AI before you want to get involved.

And why do I need to take action? I as an individual house owner deal it best by sending complains to respective organizations. And become supportive to whoever trying to solve the problem. What is wrong with that?

I don't know it is sarcastic or not but it is what we need. And I don't know what you do so I cann't tell you whether your time is more precious than mine, but I know that I don't have free time to volunteer for the community.

Lol. Whats happening here? Wendy, im staying at Spira now. To me, the Pool of water is really not a big deal. The lack of internet (UNIFI) at spira 1 year after completion is a bigger deal. I know your concern about the future of the area.

Have a drive there yourself, You can see that Spira and the rest of TTDI Alam impian, is actually uphill. Even the water tank is nearby. Im sure the problem is temporarily because of the work being done at the side of the roads.

Spira is about 60-100ft, the water tank is 170ft and Tinta I&P beside the toll only 24 ft. Most of Kelang is around 20ft. You can download Google Earth to check it yourself. I know its accurate at certain places that im familiar with.

A few potential tenants are coming to view my house. Once confirmed of moving in, i will tell them of the fogging n unifi initiatives.

There's no bumi lot in alam Impian lah..only the developer sell bumi unit allocated for bumi buyers ..this is different from bumi lot..in Alam impian all units for subsale can sell to non bumi and even to foreigners...no restrictions..that is why some investors use their bumi friends to buy and take advantage of the 10% discount
