At first glance on the newspaper, it seems that the property carnival promotion is only applicable to bumi where 10% discount was allocated to them. Does this mean more bumis will be your neighbours ? On contrary, i think bumis not interested in TTDI due to their high pricing. maybe this 10% will do magic.

QUOTE(venven81 @ Mar 26 2012, 10:22 AM) if they are buying for own stay then may be yes. if those are designated bumi lot and they want to buy for investment, it's most likely a no coz they also realise that bumi lot will not fetch good returns. Agree .. but 10% wor ..perhaps u are right. bumi market is limited. Even cheaper, ppl dont want to buy cos no buyer .. now i wonder why the non-bumi willing to pay so much higher .. i pity those bumi cos they get a lot of discounts but yet they cannot afford to buy ..

QUOTE(Chris Chew @ Apr 24 2012, 10:13 PM) I think the capital gain is quite equal ... But I can see I&P has more Chinese investors compare to TTDI ... Because TTDI is trying to attract Bumis by giving them huge discount. I&P always have the chinese supporters
