i reinstall the webcam driver as provided in the asus website.... after downloaded it showed the driver is lifeframe.... after reinstall still the same.
Driver CD came inside the box? The box come with the laptop dont have any cd.... all software pre-installed in the laptop already..

I was wondering is it anything disconnected when the computer shop staff help me to upgrade my laptop to 8gb Ram...
Is there any other solution which i can try out ?  or the only solution is send to service center.... Zzzzz

If the Shop Staff did snap anything when trying to upgrade the ram for u, the first thing u would realize is the backlit and the keyboard will not work.
The driver cd does comes in the box. Just that, the win 7 dvd is not included.

I don't really have issues. No Bsod, nothing. Been running without anti-virus from first day.

the 3d one has more ram, bluray, 3d glasses, 120hz screen, glossy screen, hd+ resolution

yes.. BF3 is playable in 3d , but u have to turn off some of the features for smoother gameplay..

Yeah the box come with the cd. However there is only lifeframe 3 in the cd, no driver for the webcam?
The lifeframe 3 when i on it, it showed that the webcam is used by other software. =.=||

Everything is working fine except that the webcam is not shown in the device manager ( i dont even have the imaging device tab ).

Does that means that my webcam is spoilt so that windows is unable to detect it. As if the webcam got no problem, it will auto install the device right?

There could be 2 possibility.
1. Webcam ribbon is loose.
2. Webcam is not working from beginning.

I would say Service Centre. There's nothing much u can do. Unless u can try to use MSN Messenger to check if ur webcam exists.
