Here in lowyat.net, the cheapest I got offered is RM3850 but you have to booked first. If you cant wait like me, just buy it at the SRP RM3999 in any retailer shop.

sigh, less than 2 months and i already RMA my laptop. now the screen issue is permanent, laptop would boot up and i can hear windows starting but no screen and external monitor would not help either. oh well, probably have to wait for months.

I would say Service Centre. There's nothing much u can do. Unless u can try to use MSN Messenger to check if ur webcam exists.

i check, i ask the technician. he say they ordered blu ray for me. I called two times to make sure they get a blu ray drive.. but in the end no blu ray back.

But what to do? I 1 month no laptop, cannot wait another whole month to get blu ray. I think i'll just buy a new one and pasang myself. I got the technician to ask about it la, but not very hopeful.
