If there is a 'U' under the Digi logo of your SIM card then it is an USIM.

Anyone know what happen to Digi 4G? My wiress broadband modem suddenly change to red light and cannot connect to the internet at this hour..

I have Celcom broadband and used to have Maxis broadband, and I often see these data networks get interrupted in the wee hours.

Could be maintenance, or in the case of Celcom, maybe they're trying to kick off some hardcore owls, since it's happening almost every night for Celcom in my area.

I've also experienced outage on Celcom and Maxis before, so you can't single out DiGi.

I did the MNP at a Digi Centre. Mine was from UMobile Prepaid to Digi New Best v1 Prepaid. Remember to specify New Best V1 if you want SLL. If they still have it in their system, it shouldn't be a problem. Bring IC and your phone number. They'll give you a new Digi SIM. It's very fast. Also digilife here can do it for you.

No problem. Slowly but surely, all traces of IDDIC and SLL are being or already have been erased from the website. Probably soon both will be gone for good.

Been a while since I last tested the speed for DiGi in Raman Connaught, looking good.

Hi guys, last 2 weeks I've subscribed to the Digi SmartPlan 75.

I'm getting H+ signal but then I couldn't load any website like I'm not even subscribe to the SP75.

And when I try to send message using WhatsApp, the sending and receiving messages is slow.

Tried to restart my phone and it works well, but then the next day, it back to the same problem.

Anyone knows the reason?

Unfortunately I've also experienced H+ full bar but cannot connect to internet. Most likely because of congestion. Sometimes you're better off forcing your phone to Edge if you want a decent internet connection.

You still have enough bandwidth quota?

Certain area DiGi's 3G is as slow as 2G

slow is not a problem...mine is like totally no connection which feels like I don't have a data plan.
