A bit off topic but related. New Best V1 still available for MNP. I just port from U to new best v1 and subscribed to IDDIC & SLL.
Where to get the info on IDDIC ? Can't seems to find it on their website... DiGi Fans Club & Enquiries V9, Always the smarter Choice

QUOTE(ohcipala @ Mar 5 2016, 02:14 PM) I know the free Internet when you reload is available only for Digi smart and Digi new best v2. I was asking about the RM30 for 1.5GB + 500MB + Super Deals promo. Is this Internet package specific to just easy prepaid or is it available to all other prepaid package. From my understanding from the website T&C it's eligible for all prepaid, you may refer below. All Digi Prepaid Subscribers (except Prepaid Smartplan, Prepaid Broadband and Prepaid Internet) shall be eligible to participate in this Promotion. The persons eligible to participate in this Promotion shall be known as “Subscribers”. RM30 for 1.5GB and 500MB is super deal promo. |

QUOTE(persona93 @ Mar 5 2016, 07:24 PM) Today when i tested data, my friend said mine only showed H (not good) Not all phones will show H+, for example, Nexus device with stock Android ROM, but you can check whether your device is connected to H+ in Settings > About Phone > Status (for Nexus device), if I am not mistaken, you are the one who asked where to buy white Nexus 6P right? If you are using 6P now then this is normal as 6P doesn't show H+ when connected to H+, it will only show H even though it is H+ unless you are on custom ROM.so how to get a good one? When they say unlimited WhatsApp with the new postpaid plan, does it include media file sharing and voice calls in WhatsApp also?

QUOTE(persona93 @ Mar 5 2016, 08:58 PM) First, make sure you are under LTE coverage. If yes then your phone should be able to connect to LTE automatically, provided the signal is at least 2 bars, Android will drop the connection to 3G when LTE signal is too weak. If still no LTE even though you confirm you are in LTE coverage, go to settings, click more in "Wireless & networks" option > cellular networks > preffered network type > make sure it is LTE. If still no LTE, then open dialer, type *#*#4636#*#* > phone information > scroll down and select set preferred network type > LTE only, wait a while, LTE should appear, if it is 1 or 2 bars only, then this is normal, your phone will select the strongest signal (either 2G or 3G), so LTE won't be the first choice, remember to switch back to the default settings (LTE/GSM/CDMA auto PRL) after finish the testing and don't play play with the radio band (you will regret later if you mess it up |

QUOTE(persona93 @ Mar 5 2016, 09:19 PM) Then either you aren't in LTE coverage or your SIM card isn't LTE ready (make sure it is USIM).Edit: Old Klang Road is under LTE-A (4G+), confirm got LTE there, most likely SIM problem. This post has been edited by terence_nwb: Mar 5 2016, 09:23 PM |
