I subscribed to a DiGi Internet package (Prepaid User), what if I used up all the monthly data b4 even reach the renewal date?
  • No more internet connection or
  • with normal rate charges (30cents per 30kpbs) or
  • surf free with Opera Mini?
Any1 have the answer b4 I call up the customer service, I hate the hassle calling to CS tongue.gif

Dear Digi sifus, I have some enquiries about the postpaid plan (DG Postpaid Family Plus)

Regarding this.

In the Digi Family Service row of description, it says 100 minute of free talk time. Then in the Voice Calls row, it says free 100 minutes of free talk time. So means total 200 minute of free talk time?

My parents is looking to cut cost in their postpaid. Previously using Celcom's RM50 postpaid plan. Even if u didn't use up to RM50 of talk time or sms, you still have to pay RM50. icon_question.gif

According to DG website TnC, for the monthly plans speed is throttled to 64kbps after exceeding the quota (unless using Opera Mini, when the max speed remains at 384kbps).

I mean, under the Pay-As-You-Use table, Voice Call's additional info states 100 mins. Then DG Family™ Services* details state again Free 100 mins. So i thought for Postpaid PLUS package will have additional 100 more mins. blink.gif

Guess what? I complained to SKMM, complaint was forwarded to DiGi and DiGi Customer Experience phoned me personally. He advised me to do this: port out to another telco, then port back to DiGi under your desired plan. He will credit back my old credit that was forfeited.

Very tempting. Just putting this out there: Complain to SKMM and hopefully this will pressure DiGi to change their ways. Maybe you'll get this offer too to gain back your business with DiGi. http://www.complaint.cfm.org.my/

I would take up his offer if Super Long Life was still RM 30 a year. RM 5 a month just to keep your line active is ridiculous!

Super Long Life is still available under RM30 per year (for Best plan only).

However, you need a minimum RM35 credit balance, or else it will not even appear as a menu option.

how tocheck internet balance or data usage on digi prepaid?
tried *128# then choose internet, my package.. it only show which internet package i subscribed..
but not the data balance..

actually u can check ur quota usage via DiGi ocs & My DiGi App (u can download via Google Play and App Store) biggrin.gif
