Guys, I got 1 question to ask.
My gf bought a Nexus 4 with Zero Contract and Smart Plan 68 on 23rd Jan.
Then today Digi emailed the bill to her. So she needs to pay RM63 (cancelled itemized billing).
What if she terminates the line on this saturday?
Do she pay RM100 (administration fees for terminating Zero Contract within the first 3 month) + RM63 (bill) only?
Or got extra charges since it enters a new bill already?

Just to confirm, will it be RM100 + RM63 + RM63? Since it is entering a new bill.
Coz 23rd Jan til 21st Feb counted as one month (since Digi email the bill to her) = RM63
Then 22nd Feb = start of new bill.

Coz my university's Digi line very bad. Only got 2G. Whats the point of using the data then.
Any suggested solution?

Went to Digi Store to terminate the Zero Contract with Smart Plan 68.
Total damage done is RM163 = RM100 (terminate within first 3 months) + RM 63 (first month's bill)
Then the next bill is on 16th Mac. I need to pay RM63/30 x 6. The new bill starts on 17th Feb. So up until now 22nd. Total 6 days of usage.

Yup. Gambang does not have 3g, only have 2g coverage. So for calling is still ok la. Just for surfing is not good enough though.

Guys, something weird happen.
So 2 months ago I bought Nexus 4 on Zero contract from Digi.
So after 1st month of usage, I paid RM63 (minus itemized billing).
On the 2nd month I terminated the plan since the line is not good. Paid RM100 for termination fees. On that day, the person in Digi told me, my bill entered the first few days of the next month, so he say I will receive a bill that will show how much I need to pay for the few days of Digi usage. (x/30 * 63)
So the bill came, and I have to pay RM14+, but then it also shows -RM85++.
I was busy, so I asked my friend to pay the bill for me, then my friend say the person from Digi saying that don't need to pay, and got a balance of -RM85 in the system. He say the RM14++ is minus from the RM100 termination fees. The remaining RM85++ they will send a bank cheque to me.

I thought termination fees are not refundable? Why suddenly they say can refund? and offer to refund?

What's the catch here?

Coz I bought Nexus 4 with Zero contract smart plan 68. For Zero contract don't need up front payment. Got the Nexus for 1499 - SKMM RM200 rebate. So just RM1299. To terminate zero contract just need to pay RM100 administration fees. Now I think don't have Zero contract for Nexus 4 dy....

In the Digi Family Service row of description, it says 100 minute of free talk time. Then in the Voice Calls row, it says free 100 minutes of free talk time. So means total 200 minute of free talk time?

My parents is looking to cut cost in their postpaid. Previously using Celcom's RM50 postpaid plan. Even if u didn't use up to RM50 of talk time or sms, you still have to pay RM50.

I mean, under the Pay-As-You-Use table, Voice Call's additional info states 100 mins. Then DG Family™ Services* details state again Free 100 mins. So i thought for Postpaid PLUS package will have additional 100 more mins.
