How long do I have to use the prepaid number before I can change it to postpaid?

I want to ask about DiGi smart plan. It's stated that it's all in one internet and call plan. If I want to subcribe RM68 smart plan, it comes with 3GB/per month. Then what about call plan? It's bundled with how many minutes voice call? Or it's PAYU?

I just changed to a new postpaid plan a week ago and it seems like the incoming call will be disconnected after like 22 or 23 seconds (voicemail disabled). Before I changed my plan, the incoming call will ring for like 50++ seconds before disconnected. So fed up that when I want to answer the called, it's disconnected already.

Anyone experiencing bad call quality and slow data speed these few days??? I'm having difficulty listen to what the other party is saying on the other side and vice versa.
