DiGi Best have extended expiry date service right? If I pay for that service it will count as my prepaid credit or not?

DiGi will deduct RM30 from your main credit for the SuperLongLife subscription, so you cannot use the RM30 for anything else.

Paid RM10 for my microSIM.I didn't make much of fuss because the employee in the DiGi Center was quite pleasant when she was explaining the DiGi's policy on the sim card card replacement.

Anyway I learned that the RM5 rebate for the cc payment will be ending soon.Those who choose this type of payment will only get 6 months of RM5 rebate.

Free SIM replacement only for DiGi centres. I had experienced that my SIM failed suddenly and I need a replacement immediately. Went to DiGi in 1U, I had to pay RM10 for replacement. I was told to go SS2 or Solaris DiGi Centre if I want it free.

Since I'm running short of time that moment, I just paid for it. Inconsistent DiGi policy I suppose.

Prepaid needs to pay for SIM card replacement but not postpaid. Last I heard.

KLCC punya is free although the mah prepaid sim haz no problem

no woh.....my prepaid digi campus dint get charged when changing it

coz i complaint why not getting 3G signal......but after changing it still same

i think is becoz of campus and they limit it

Is it i pay at RM38 only inclusive of calls?

im light user, calls about at 40-70 minutes/month. Often less than that. I only use to sms, fb, watsapp. Youtube use wifi at home.

Your advise is appreciated.
