Does anyone really sue or complain the poslaju statment:
"Guaranteed next working day delivery (D+1) within Pos Laju coverage areas"*

*For item post within Monday-Thursday before the cut off time and no PH reflected. item<30kg

I just felt if they can't promise that, don't put that statement so sure.

For unclaimed parcel, how long can it be store in poslaju office before they return it back to sender?

anyone knows if there is anything wrong with pos laju? called them at 1-300300300 but it keeps saying the number cannot be reach.

i sent a package yesterday at brickfields, the tracking still shows "posted over the counter" with no movement

Be patient, sometimes it is the website not updating

I just wanted to ask if poslaju & pos malaysia are able to send Alkaline batteries ? I know lithium ion batteries are banned but what about alkaline ones ? Am I able to send them to east malaysia? what about internationally ?

I bought an item via ebay. But when tracked in Poslaju website, it show : "Unsuccessful Delivery due to" @ DELIVERY OFFICE KL METRO.
Anyone know the reason? And where can I come to seft collect?

is this Pos Laju inter link with easy parcel?
there is a problem encountered. parcel send via pos laju from east msia to west msia.

1. item arrive late. route to termeloh then route again to belakong. then send to receiver at seri kembangan
2. receiver sign receive item. problem is the consignment note is attached to a pink plastic easy parcel.
3. item inside is wrong. item send out in pos laju plastic become easy parcel plastic receive by receiver with pos laju consignment note.

what is the issue? what went wrong?

May I know if anyone experienced an "empty" postal location the parcel is routed to? My parcel was sent to customs for inspection and then next status 'item en route to ...' Does this mean it's held at customs? Or they're just too busy to care since 12.12 sales just ended and tonnes of delivery to manage? Hope anyone here can help clear my doubt

i want to ask what different between Pos Laju Red and Pos Laju Orange ?
their counter serahan are different location , operating hour also different , Pos Laju Orange open on Saturday while Pos Laju Red only open Monday to Friday when i ask some one to send me item how they should know which to use.
