is this Pos Laju inter link with easy parcel?
there is a problem encountered. parcel send via pos laju from east msia to west msia.

1. item arrive late. route to termeloh then route again to belakong. then send to receiver at seri kembangan
2. receiver sign receive item. problem is the consignment note is attached to a pink plastic easy parcel.
3. item inside is wrong. item send out in pos laju plastic become easy parcel plastic receive by receiver with pos laju consignment note.

what is the issue? what went wrong?
