hmm anyone can call pos laju? 1300-300-300 is not connecting, anyhow i can call another number?

normally how long does it take for my item to arrive? Below is my status now,

today got no update from poslaju
got 2 item on the way but somehow both also no update today

poslaju system problem?

They will hold it at mentioned branch until you come & collect.

All courier provide that service. I use Nationwide, GDEX, Skynet, M-Xpress....all have. It's call reverse-charge pickup.
Ask the pricing/charges rate from them first.

It's varies between courier company / salesperson that give you quotation or proposal. Mostly depend on location & volume.
Better ask them directly.

Same deal here. Like WTF. Last month(January) I was using the same service but I didn't run into this crap. Are they just sitting on the package because it's "too busy"? Even if I wanted to go & collect it myself, I don't even know where the hell the parcel actually is. mad.gif bangwall.gif

There's actually a number you can call to check your parcel location/status. But I forgot the number sweat.gif Someone on this thread shared the number. You need to sift through the pages though. My parcel eventually came after close to 2-3 weeks of waiting.

i think we really should boycott them, thursday doing maintenance, friday morning item stuck, now system maintenance again. what a useless system.

Last them they are great, almost every time i can predict the day ( next day delivery ). Seems like they cant cope with the purchasing power nowadays

I doubt they are even gonna answer. Assholes haven't bothered to answer any calls this whole week, no matter which number I dialed. I'm going to the Pos Laju branch at KL Sentral & the main Pos Malaysia office at Pasar Seni today to ask them to check the parcel's location. If they even dare to turn me away, I'm gonna riot. ranting.gif
