So I bought this item from Japan and it was sent by EMS. Normally it would have arrived in my house by now, but it has been 5 days and still hasn't reach Malaysia.
Has anyone experienced similar issue before? Attached thumbnail(s)

Does anyone know what "Care-Off Custom" means? This is my first time seeing this kind of status on the tracking.
