The issue need to be addressed is why the current contractor will not be involved with the Phases 3 and 4 construction works.
Maybe the Developer thinks that the quality of works by the existing Contractor in Phases 1 and 2 is not up to the Developer's requirements therefore the Developer wish to appoint China contractor or it was because the Developer was a bad paymaster therefore the existing Contractor refused to accept appointment for works in Phases 3 and 4.

i went to DF yesterday.. saw i quite high but dint realised Block A is 25th floor d....but the road into DF parking really scare some ppl ... like genting building the highway beside the hill.
