currently the only entrance to ldp in the morning to u turn takes abt 30 min with 3 rows of car from shell. wonder wat will happen after its completion.

Looks like block A exceeded 25th floor and block B about 15th floor...still some way to go given that it's 35 and 37 floors tall. Block C carpark completed

The telecom tower is quite an eye sore...

My in-laws live there. To them, the telecom tower was there for ages. They were seeing greenery forest since 1990s. Until the developer build this foresta that cleared the hill greenery. They say the project should be called "de-foresta" instead

And now the buyer of these project complain about the telecom tower

Just different point of view.
The exiting residents want the greens forever there.
And the new purchasers want to be closed to the greens.

I accept human progress always come at a cost to the environment. Furthermore I don't live there so not my concern But I notice we always look at things from our point of view and interest. Neglecting that we are actually the cause of the problem. And yet we complain something already there as an eye-sore, whereas the property we buy is actually the eye sore to people who already living there for 20 years. People are very narrow minded

There was an Orang Asli settelement there at the hillside, who live there for many generations. To the eyes of the Orang Asli, the houses which built 20 years ago were the eye sore to the orang Asli.

And now the current residents who live for 20 years think the newly build condo will be the eye-sore to them, which prove your theory right, ppl are tends to be selfish, blaming others but not themselves.....

No. But I definitely would not say the existing building as an eye sore while not looking at the building I bought is even a bigger eye sore to others

The telecom tower is an eye-sore regardless whether Foresta condo is there or not. I believe that's the point.

Foresta neighbor Semi D and Banglo lot starting selling as 3 million call (Airie), then foresta can ask psf 700++ when CF.

Only asking 3mil, no transaction in sub sales yet
