Wah! unit listing price is 729K before developer discount. Those who buy property before 2009 sure strike lottery now. Dunno is there any reason or way for the property price fall.

OD? U mean late payment fees. It's normal. For first few months, I also received late payment penalty. L&G has been settling the fees.
However, lately, they never late in paying the interest. Probably kena too many complains from buyers.
The late interest payment might impact our CCRIS. So far mine is still all showing 0 though.

To add on, u can check once in every 3 month.

There is a landslide just after Damansara Foresta sales office and Fire Dept (Bomba)  is at the site conducting check

What u mean? Developer sent u letter to charge u for late payment, is it not under DIBS? Any delay is due to developer n not us...

Write a letter showing the dates of all the events which happened and ask for the interest to be waived

Developer late process for the S&P is not an issue where the stamping date is the actual date of the schedule running.

Bank first release could be late due to the bank itself ( slow ) , borrower himself ex. MRTA got problem or account not yet opened, lawyer takes longer time to execute the odcumentation or advise bank for release or bank send the notice late to solicitor hence solicitor sent it late to the bank.

Late 2 months would be serious issue if you sign the S&P on the week you sign the loan Letter Offer.

Which floor above get side by side carpark or is it Type D 1610 sf units get side by side caprpark?

Still got lower floor unit for sale? I call the office n they say mostly higher floor and starting from 900k...

Hi - been looking for a place for own stay. Saw this and started reading the tread. Seems like a good location and psf is not too bad (Average Price per sqft : 550 psf - 610 psf). Any persons just bought over the last few months. Comments/advice? Also, which units might be best to look to purchase.

Ground level at 180m above sea level is equivalent to 60 floors above sea level (per floor 3 m so about 10 feet). If you unit is at 20th floor, that is equivalent to 80 floors above sea level

Those units are gone... I love everything I saw and the potential capital gain but doubt the rental play. Nevertheless... I bought Block D (pool view) today. No choice but limited options available only and I don't like the Block D west view... not sure I'm in the right mind but I believe the probability of success is high on capital gain though not the rental... Yumm..... Seng.....
