Its the Nano coat tongue.gif. drool.gif She's always using my 50mm f/1.8D... and complaining about it being too tele... and also at f/1.8 not sharp enough :S, she steps down to f/2.8 most of the time... then I kept quiet... she asked for opinions then of course la I said the 35mm f/1.4G rclxm9.gif
woohoo, D4 made in...uhh malaysia? china? biggrin.gif
somore D800 is said to be a 36mp camera. maybe this is the succesor to D3x ? though its unlikely but it could happen..
*
D4x will be the sucessor over the D3x, another high MP camera.

50mm f/1.8D is a good lens for its price tag la... but when those bigger boys comes into picture... they have better performance, but the price/performance ratio not as good as the 50mm f/1.8D of course tongue.gif

like i said.
going by ur logic that bodies with more megapixel count is more expensive, which D3x is over D4.
would put 1ds3 to be more expensive than 1dx, but its not.
Sorry. The words did not come out right the first time.

Are you sure that the 1DsMkIII is cheaper than the 1Dx?

QUOTE(Everdying @ Jan 6 2012, 04:01 PM)
my F2 cannot repair.
send to YL, they say no parts available tongue.gif
If you sent to Nikon SC, you can probably get it repaired.

simply cos the 1ds3 has been discontinued, whereas nikon still keeps the d3x in their line.

Added on January 6, 2012, 7:15 pmanyway, lets just wait and see.

just wondering.. if i am interested to buy some old lens (AiS) what should I look out for?
fungus?
scratches?
and the smoothness of the manual focus?
aperture settings still working fine?
is there anything else that I left out?

Tough choice... but I would go for D90 instead. Mainly because of the ergonomics... twin commander dial is nice... much faster way of changing settings. Just not used to those entry level bodies buttons layout. Heck I even not used to D90 at the moment LOL, used to my D700.

d51000 is the upgraded version of the d5000
d7000 is the upgraded version of d90

each camera will get about 2-3 years revision.

all depends on what you wanna do with the camera, for some d90 specs good enuff and has more advantage over d5100, for others d5100 is a new model so considered up to date camera. the d90 has not been officially archived- meaning discontinued, but i believe it will be soon.

if you are keen on the d5100, pm me biggrin.gif
