Hello guys,

I was wondering, is there a way I can get 90% loan from bank? I got 2 properties at the moment which restrict me to get just 70% MOF from bank for third house. This newly implemented rule is pain in the arse for us as a property investor.

Cheers guys

Oh come on.....properties will always be up in the longggg term.boring debate
Reason
Raw material are scarce
Human population at 7.1 B and inreasing the world already cannot regenerate or heal due our huge comsumption of land and raw materials
there will always be the rich and the poor.

The bears here, those hopping for price to drop, i say a lot of them are first time buyer/ have not own any properties yet.

I am wondering for the ones optimistic for the future of Malaysian properties, are you still in buy buy buy mode?
is there still a lot of room for appreciation at current price point? do you choose landed only with the impending severe over supply of condominiums?
if ever there is a drop in high rise prices, do you think it will affect landed as well?

If there is ever a drop in property price. ..
High rise will have a greater percentage drop compare to the landed in the same area. .. (Supply for high rise is typically more than landed in the same area)...
When the market price recover... the landed should come up faster than high rise of the same area ...

Of cause if we talking about prime area. .. it will definately have less drop percentage than unpopular area. ..

Australia cut interest rate

http://www.nasdaq.com/aspx/stock-market-ne...s-interest-rate

I think that as long as interest rate stay low, the property price is going to hold or claim higher.

waiting property price drop, wake up and smell the coffee..... price drop which mean, a property u buy at RM100, after two years it become RM200, if the price drop means RM150, it wont be lower than ur purchase price thats for sure.

Agreed.
As long as cost of borrowing is low. .. higher buying power. ..
Demand will persist. .. how to come down???

That it didn't happen then does not mean it will not happen this time. It is precisely when everyone thinks it will not happen that it will happen. Now we look at the global picture and we see the signs of what will happen.

the Star news are yesterday's news and since then chinese property prices have drop. why would chinese want to flood malaysian property market as their second tier cities at cheaper prices still have much to offer

our MM2H have not been a success

the social and political scenario here does not appeal to them yet .
