The fees is the same whether you use PVR or non PVR decoder. Only difference is when changing to PVR decoder must pay extra RM150, if I am not wrong. |

Guys quick question- if I have two byond decoders in the same house but I have only one simcard, can I put in either one of the decoders and watch ?
One at a time of course. |

I just email astro CS to ask regarding subtitle on HD channels. This is their answer

Is the fee to install the Byond PVR still RM150? I thought that was promotional price until September only. If still RM150? Im thinking of getting it and take up SuperPack

I have a normal Astro in my room and Byond decoder in my living room..can I change that decoder in my room and get Byond and get the 50% off?

I find that the Astro site is lacking on information regarding T&C promotions, additional decoder or decoder upgrades. Instead of spending lots of bucks making an advertisement about a robot in HD, they should first improve their FAQ section to resolve many confusion and queries for us new and existing subscribers.
