Dear all,

I plan to work in SG maybe next year for at least 2 or 3 years. Can i rent a house or room in JB and drive my local car to sg to work and return to JB every day? Do i need to pay extra fee for driving a local car to sg to work?

Thank you.

depends on which way u use to enter Singapore. let me just break it down for u.

This is the cost if u drive a car.

if you need such information for your thesis, shouldn't the ura and sing dept of stats be your primary sources of credible information?

Even if you need to understand consumer sentiments, why would you listen to a few alis muthus and ah sengs on the net when there are better sources of information?

Am i missing something?

it's not that bad considering you need not take any practical test. Only the Basic Theory Test (BTT). Booking for date of the test a bit tricky, the nearest date could be 2 months away.

Nothing better to do during your school holiday?

Go read some useful article to get your answer instead of trolling here for your thesis, or pmr project whatever. Remember to include the LYN post number in your thesis for the data you taken from us ok. thanks in advance.

Pls lah, I think there is nothing wrong to ask for luxury goods in SG if he is a higher earner.

Better than those forummers here asking where can "see boobs" or where to date a SG girl type of questions.

You might even want to add in another RM6.20 into that or even higher when the EDL is in operation. They seems to be toll-ing those going into SG to finance the construction.
