Not bad. Where's this? My mixed rice is usually 3 bowls of rice with a LOT more chicken than yours, plus curry sauce, veg and 4-5 pieces of potatoes and steamed egg for 8 bucks. Pretty good deal too.

This is near ampang. If i order the same thing at PJ SS2, its way more expensive, especially if i add eggs. Hard to find affordable food at PJ.
Wow, yours is very worth it! Where you get yours?

Does it matter whether you eat 'heavy' before working out or after working out?

Yeah I do agree, a climb like 6-8hrs constantly drains our energy; we do take heavy meal before climb and constantly eating while climbing as well (like chocolate, egg, etc). Not to mention at times, we tau pau nasilemak to eat in between...LOL

Section 17...Is that the kopitiam next to the playground and there's a shell petrol station nearby? Or if it's another place, do you mind sharing the name of the restaurant? I'm always at PJ, so it'll be great to know. Thanks!

seriously? when you workout your body are in catabolic state... how is it gonna absord the nutrien when all the blood are busy going to your muscles instead of your stomach?

i seriously doubt it is a good practice...

They don't care about catabolism when it comes to endurance. It's a secondary issue. It's not a hypertrophy workout. You damn meathead you. =P

my bad... miss out the key word "endurance" here... but as what he said, having heavy meal like nasik lemak in between climb? as far as i know, the fastest way for you body to get fuel is simple carb (sugar)... but even that takes time for your body to break it down, let alone a full blown meal like nasik lemak.... probably u need 4x the metabolism rate to break it down, but i seriously doubt it... again, it works for them, so my argument are invalid...
