yup i am on caloric deficit... currently consuming approx 1800kcal per day on workout days...
super deficit on usual saturdays and binge on sunday... sat and sun is not a workout day |

1030 - bfast at CBTL: toast bread with butter + omelet + salad + brewed coffee 1330 - chatime strawberry pudding au-lait add pearls (large) 2100 - 12oz ribeye steak + 1 pint kilkenny last sunday's meal 1230 - sumptious dim sum 1600 - coffee bean cafe latte 2 shots (small) + yogurt swirl 2000 - german sausage + brocolli 2200 - 1 pear 2230 - 2 heong peah |
