How does this cost? Anyone got estimate price?

My wira got problem already, and im having headache how to solve it

My problem
1.Car feel very underpowered, when i press minyak rpm naik when lepas minyak rpm will turun damn fast. Then i have to press again, baru naik.. like the speed cant sustain.

2.My car will vibrate alot when car slow down, even worse when i on the air cond. when make corner the car will gegar and after than i repress minyak car feel smooth again.

3.Headlight and odometer light become dim when i on the air cond, when
press minyak suddenly headlight n odometer light become brighter.

Repair
I went to workshop, he checked throttle body, said its very clean no need service.
So he reset my ECU and also checked in computer said my throttle body timing is okok can use (not very good but can be used)
If want to repair he will mod it and put vacumm mod for throttle body.

I pening already.. How to solve my problem.

Get the car with the new recond g/box...and once again gt reversing gear pobem...changed the valve body (electric board-cantonese) then pobem solve..hope ok and can tahan...tested the car and feel new again with smooth gear changing...

Oh ya not the radiator cleaning...it was the g.box cooler cleaning/flushing...to those have installed this kind of cooler plz have it flush/clean include all the hose/tubes....

hmmm total lost RM500+....need shoot back for the claims...

Anybody know how to fix the manual gearbox rattling sound when in neutral?

when ON air cond while idle, the RPM is at what level?

Got soem rattling sound, goes away when clutch is depressed.
Anyways, am looking for some recommendations to reduce engine bay sounds. Any main things to check or replace?

reduce engine sound? not much can do, maybe change all the mountings if haven't been changed for sometimes.

you also can put the thing on the bonnet, looks like carpet one.

Noises that I"m talkign about are not really about noise insulation but more like those rattling noises when engine is running, sound like things that are loose or worn out. Any idea what parts usually cause the engine bay noises?

But don't mind exploring noise insulation solutions too

that is low, it should be the same RPM or less 100-200 only. check your ISC gearing if got problem and also the bottom part have melted or not. ISC gearing should also be cleaned and apply new grease.

your 1. 2. & 3. problem is caused by your ISC problem.

Yes, 500rpm is too low, chances of engine stalling is high on gear because on gear rpm will be even lower

Yes mechanic also told me to get ISC kit and see him tomorow
Had two version one was RM 25 another was RM 60
I took the RM 60 one.. hopefully tomorrow can solve my problem.
My fren told me to get grounding cable and voltage stabilizer for my lighting problem
and also will increase pick up. Is he right?

last time i remember dat my car power is more stable after install VS & grounding cable...
but now looks like no rasa adi...
i wonder will d VS spoil or wear out...?

have your mechanic open the ISC there and see if got any problem?

if sometime already didn't flush gearbox, also can do it.

Do i have to use same oil brand to flush GB?
Is there any special oil used for flushing?
