QUOTE(Kataro @ Apr 25 2008, 04:26 PM) If you can't detect it on most PC...then the only way is go to low yat, there is a data recovery shop if I not mistaken...try ask them about the price first before let them recover for you. But if your hard disk is completely dead then no chance to recover your data I think... xcuse me....I've just noticed this topic... if my HDD cant be plugged in to PC (eg. got burning smell from it) can i send the HDD to the shop to recover the data? becoz my fren also have the prob n we're searching for the shop to recover HDD data from our ill-fated HDD thanks. QUOTE(mitodna @ Apr 21 2008, 10:49 PM) All IT seems selling hard disk cheaper now? 500GB WD GP series 258myr only 320GB WD 208myr wow thats DAMN cheap. *adds in must buy list* This post has been edited by fazco85: Apr 27 2008, 04:47 PM
