My Seagate Barracuda 320GB is spoiled. Is there any way to ship back to Seagate Malaysia Factory for RMA?

I bought it from a member of lowyat forum last year.

check warranty first, if still have, then fill the online form, get the details, and then go UPS there send

yes yes... if i am not mistaken then sequence setting in the bios determine your drive letter...
but as usual, C and D(if you for extra DVD drive) for the optical drive.  hmm.gif

don't think it is true that BIOS sequence decide the drive letter

If only WD offers 5 years for its normal consumer drive,

"weird" , they give 5 years for India, just like Samsung too,

by the way, what's up with the Seagate here, its 2.5" drive, no want to stack up stock at all? and even its 7200.11 drive was overpriced
