You can try connect it to other PC see whether can detect it, if can then faster backup your data. If it cannot detect in BIOS, doesn't matter, just let it go into windows load screen. If it can go till there, normally it will run check disk on your failure harddisk and try repair the corrupted file, after scan it will go in to windows. Then you restart the PC, if it can go into windows and found new harddisk, then congratulation. Then you open My Computer to see whether your hard disk is there, if yes then quickily copy your data before it die again. Hope this do help.

@dopp, @jchue73
What sort of RAID 0 setup you using? The on-board mobo chip or a separate card?

If you can't detect it on most PC...then the only way is go to low yat, there is a data recovery shop if I not mistaken...try ask them about the price first before let them recover for you. But if your hard disk is completely dead then no chance to recover your data I think...

the list price there for 500GB is 258MYR, but there sticker there stick is 278MYR, but the man told me, he got discount, since buy more hard disk, so the price is 258MYR, so nice, the 500GB is GP series too
