I'm one of Malay buyer. I did asked Mahsing SA, Malay is about 10 ~15% only. I think the big factor is due to price and the other thing is no mosque in the propose layout.

Yup, only got showhouse for 22*80. Anyone know the show unit is phase 2 or phase 3 type??
Any information ?

juz booked M residence phase 3. gonna submit all the relevant documents in this weekend. how u guys think of this area or gonna bcome a township in the future? that salesguy told me that will be more developments to come up North-East, if not mistaken.

As far as I concern, HLB and OCBC no lock-in. PB, yes, 3 years.

Sorry, it is actually total 25% for 1st and 2nd claim on foundation (10%) and Structure framework (15%).
Refer to your S&P for the amount.
I am in phase 2.

I tink many people and investors were misled into believing that prices will continue to go up and bbb...people tink the price is cip...but how much can 18 x 70 house in rawang, costing nearly RM 400k if im not wrong, go up to?? It is no way affordabe nor cheap, they just reduce the land area To make it look affordable...can it appreciate to Rm600k upon completion or even in 5 years time?? Would people pay Rm500-600k for a 18 x 70, 2x storey house in Rawang??

I bought for my own stay..
I believe rawang house price still got room for improvement. smile.gif
Material cost increase, how come property price drop.
Just imagine, now condo 1000sq need 600k-700k. do you think superlink house RM 600k expensive? smile.gif
For own stay, i believe most of us are prefer landed house..
No need to predict here.. 2 years later come back to this thread. Just my 2 cents opinion, property price will keep on increase.

Just like last time i makan roti canai (RM 0.6 per pieces and now need at least RM 1.5 ++)
