Yesterday collected my SNP.
The SA told me the show house will be ready sometime August.
Phase 2 still left few units and phase 3 a few unit only have booking.
Wondering whether the take up rate ok or normal? I feel like no so aggressive.
Forget take photo!!!

I went there last 2 week, The phase 2 which the superlink house faced to townhouse still got a lot left. For phase 3, most of that are left. smile.gif

I'm Wondering, rawang got more Malay or chinese? Can anyone of you please answer this? In M-Residence, i found out that most of the buyers are chinese (> 80%).

Please share it.

Crime alert in Rawang - www.starproperty.my/PropertyScene/PropertyScene/22342/0/0

Better invest in other place, at least low crime areas. I can see scrap metal operators are all over Rawang.

Thanks for sharing. M-residence still got few years to be completed. In future, all Semi-D and Superlink house in rawang and i believe that the security will get improve (Since a lot of rich guy there).

That is just my 2 cents opinion..

talking about crime, well, rawang has crime rate. tell me a place which is safe in klang valley without crime. answer = NO. even the CURVE parking also has crime.

for M Residence, i spot more chinese compare to other race. why? needless to say. price factor and 2nd thing is, in IMHO, malay focus more on other aspect of live other than house. that's why majority rent house. whereas Chinese concern more on Living Quality. that's what i observe. why M Residence has more Chinese? in my opinion, it's due to most purchaser are from Kepong area. Kepong is chinese area. above is just my opinion, i'm not racist. it's merely my observation and opinion. dun bash me.

actually rawang has more indian as well. the places where Jusco is residing now belong to indian village few years back before Anggun or Emerald develop. in Country Homes, there are more Indonesian especially in low cost apartment. well, does all this mean Rawang is full of crime. i think it's fair not to judge a book by cover. Crime rate is lesser for G&G community. at least you don't have to worry stalker follow you home. but if Guard is NOT STRICT, well, back to square 1.

my uncle stays in Tropicana (rich ppl home) and there is break-in as well. why? cos the Guard not that strict. i always give a wrong address when i enter the area. they never question me. haha.

I got checked with Mahsing sales operator, he told me that 80% above is Chinese residence in M-residence project.. smile.gif
You all can confirm it with them. For us, Chinese, Malay and india also same (1 Malaysia) but we just want to know is it all race are balance only..

I believe all race are concern on this. Why i saying that? Let say, if you go shopping in rawang Jusco, and you found out that only you are chinese in shopping complex, you will feel that not comfortable. My 2 cents opinion only, dun bash me.. smile.gif

crime everywhere is same.. G&G is necessary and important for future residence. I choose M-residence because of G&G concept.
