Today i received a letter from Semai Meranti (Mah Sing), they asked me settle the balance of 10% of the purchase price within 7 days from the date of this letter (18/08/13)which is my booking date, it seem like doesn't make sense! which means i need to pay min 10% after 7 days of booking date. I also need time to apply loan and wait for bank approval before signing SPA  . Can someone here share how long you settle the down-payment?

According to him, the developer have the right to ask you to change back the house original design if it is a concept house
