RHB. But bank said is because the lawyer did not give them instruction to pay yet. Checked with the lawyer, they said need to verify claims first before can release instruction. So nothing can be done, just sit back and watch.

If thats the case, then u should not bear the late charges bcz not ur fault and not bank fault, lawyer not yet instruct bank how to release rite?

Should ask the loan lawyer why so long yet to instruct and then ask for waiver.

usually progressive is claim by developer sending invoice / progressive statement to lawyer and lawyer will advise bank to release money. Developer of course want to get the money asap. but before the completed the phase like 2(f) or 2(g) as stated in SnP, they can't simply issue claim. therefore i don't think there will be any interest charges on purchaser.

Very disappointed with Mahsing. All services should be underground. But the tnb cable??? Make the whole development look cheap. I rather every unit paid few more thousand to make the tnb cable underground. Sheih

And also till no sight of the guard house

i thought it is the rule that terrace/link houses should have the tnb cable visible?

Now a day all the services run underground not overhead. And the tnb meter will be located at the gate not the entrance
