M Residence I & II or even III area are still not fully developed and mature yet. It will need another 5 or 10 years to get to the peak. Hyper market, shoplots, crowd, and others which will bring the price to another level.

Do your know how to calculate rpgt.
Case 1 Say Rm520k - Rm420k Snp price = rm100k. So rpgt Rm30k? Case 2 Or Rm520k - rm420k - bank interest 20k - bank penalty 8k - sub sale agent n lawyer fees 10k = rm 62k Rpgt rm 18.6k? If case 1 untung around 30k only If case 2 around 40k Any one can advise |
