Which scenario was hypothetical? The one where I indicated he's been playing in a league for years with no previous racially motivated allegations made against him, or the one where he did charity work for equality whilst in South Africa?

May i ask your opinion about the fact evra has claimed racist chants against him in the past a few times?One against steve finnan,then against some chelsea
staff?both accused were aquitted of the offence.So isnt there a high possibilty of crying wolf again?

Break it down for ya.

1. suarez accused of racism
2. fans say suarez is not a racist
3. says that suarez played in holland for 5 years no racial issue
4. therefore, because of #3, #1 cannot be true.

flawed logic. like i said, first time for everything. as for suarez being a racist, maybe, maybe not. but the saying suarez played 5 years with no incident isnt really valid "prove" enough to completely discount him.

For the london rentboys incident, it was Mike Phelan who leveled the accusation. Just because it involves Evra, doesnt mean he made the claim. This is the FIRST time he is making a racial accusation.

3. No cameras nor prove as per what was caught on camera of JT

so in terms of hypothetical, unless there is solid prove, the accusations from Evra was wrong in the first place. so we can go all night and day with Evra's sensitivity or the fact there was no prove it was the dreaded "N" word, then why the case? Oh right, it's because the simple fact that Evra or his possies has brought up this matter of racism more times than just once.

So as a repeat offender from 2 prior cases in which he has been brought up that has come to naught, should he be charged for this 3rd time for being a whiner?

2. I think he did say it and therefore, should be punished (my opinion). If he didn't say it, then I'm wrong.
