The car park ramp spiral all the way upwards. You don't drive up a level by going from one end to another end like in most shopping mall. I don't see any problem getting buyers regardless where the car park level is for TL.

any updates?
heard from the SA,
the showroom already destroyed and the scalemodel already move to others side. is they really sold out?
because everytime when i visit them, sure got a few units dropped out...
anybody can share?

is everybody signed the S&P?
later when withdraw the EPF,
the legal firm will help to certified the true copy for all the required dcos for EPF withdrawal?
