Yes. U r right. Normally got DIBs scheme, then the developer will rush to built it. Actually the leafz still on track and won't be delay coz normally pilling will use more time. Once done it, u will see the building floor by floor very fast just like the tree..

I think .. psychology effect, development go slow, purchasers afraid of abandon .. Touch Wood.

But i always passby aso got ppl working there...

For those friend which always said cant stop beside of the highway to take site photo, please do not risk you life for site photo, you can always go to the back of the site (Which will be the main entrance of the resident), around the magnum 4d there is an access to the back of the site which you can always stop, and park you car there......then slowly take photo......

From the photo we can see the piling stage have completed, and now they are doing the ground beam......................

I visited the gallery it's called twin ark. Superb Awesome n Posh!!!!

I heard from my real estate agent friends they are launching at a whopping RM 700psf before discount .... Dunno how true is that as I did not call up the developer to clarify.

But I thought they gonna launch something called the Rainz at Bukit Jalil with 4 blocks & 800 over units ?? These one entirely different development???

there are 2 units left at the leafz, 750sf & 780sf, price 460k & 480k respectively

how much was the price when they 1st launch?

I'm Js visit the sales gallery..quite expensive.but location quite nice there

yes very nice facade and design. full facilities. i find it expensive eventhough it's GBI concept. the maintenance also very high.

let's focus on things happening at the Leafz project, instead deviated to another project. Later purchasers have being relatively quiet ???

yep.. u're right about that, that because not much update on The Leafz construction progress recently. The last thing i heard is the foundation works have almost completed somewhere last month. Might check it out this weekend if i drop by there..
