Evening guys, just wanted to ask. Example I have an outstanding balance of RM 1,000+ with a minimum balance of RM 70. Then I made a payment via M2U in 'pay any amount' option, I paid RM 150. Does that count as my payment for the minimum balance ? Pardon my noob question blush.gif

yes, it does.

Maybankard 2 Cards FAQ:

1. The rebate is calculated according to the CALENDER month.
......
17. Dell got no installment plan with AMEX and you won't get cash back if you purchase online on weekends.
18. 10,000 Treats Points to offset RM50 annual GST. Call MBB CS to redeem 10K TP after you have been charged the GST.
Is the 10K TP GST offset is available today?
I asked at 2 different MBB branches in Dec2012, but their answers were negative.

Please call CS to confirm yourself. Why ask the branch? They are not card centre. Most card issuers have this option too.

Thanks. What about the signing up bonus of 10K TP free for new members? Are those still available?

We talking about Maybankard 2 Cards where previously some received invitation for pre-approved MBB 2 Cards that comes with 10K TP. Lately no one has reported they got such invitation.

Don't remember AMEX requiring it. I thought the one time password is 6 digit? Or was that the old system?
*
QUOTE(David83 @ Feb 13 2012, 07:05 PM)
Used to be self assigned fixed 6-digit PIN. Now changed to OTP like TAC.

AMEX doesn't require that for online transaction.
*
Purchase online using OTP??
I thought both Visa/Master now has electronic verification now?

Dont bother with 7%.

Go apply for BSN credit card and do balance transfer for 0% for 6 months. Or other existing credit card.

Most bank allows u to convert but all also got charges.. Which bank doesnt want to make money?

yes it is, i just called to offset on end of january, the gst was to be charged to my card on 1st feb, i called and CS reassure me if there's any late charges, just call them again to waive it as i called before the due date, and they might offset it after due date.

got charged rm5 for late payment, just called CS again yesterday and they say will waive it for me....

I'm planning to use Maybankard2 AMEX at AirAsia website tonight. Earn 5X TP but lose RM10 to AirAsia's Convenience charges vmad.gif
Do I need to pre-inform the Maybank Customer Service to use my AMEX on AA's booking ?

I know there's CC charge on AirAsia... that's not the original question.

It's RM5 Per Way Per Pax
Each person will need to pay RM10
