I've read some the post from page 1 to last page, but I don't really understand what those means, is activate oversea withdrawal allows me to use my debit for online purchase??
The overseas withdrawal option is strictly for overseas ATM cash withdrawal. If you are not going out of this country or are not going to withdraw for cash when overseas, then it is advisable that you disable this function. Anyway, it is actually disabled by default.

QUOTE(hanny562 @ Aug 5 2012, 03:51 PM)
I even google this problem, but don't have any solution, most of the answer is outdated, there's no MSOS such option in the M2U, some said problem solved, but no solution is provided.

Information in pages between 1-20 might be outdated but not those in the previous few pages. In post #594, blacknwhite0 asked if Maybank debit/credit cards are now automatically enrolled in MSOS and i answered yes. There is also no password to remember anymore unlike last time.

Is your Itunes account a Malaysia account ? Anyway, some Maybankard debit MasterCard Platinum users have reported that they faced problems in some websites. The most recent one was posted here just a few weeks ago and at the end, he changed his to the Cherry VISA debit card.

Any chance the EFTPOS function is disabled ? Try to activate its EFTPOS function again at any CIMB Bank ATM. And do note that the daily purchase limit can only be set at RM1,000, not more and not less.

Yea, my Itunes account is Malaysia account..but how to check actually?because my address is also malaysia address @@, their system really troublesome, even i can use my maybank card on paypal and google checkout, why can't use on Itune ==yes I saw that on previous post, I'm changing from Visa to Master because Visa got some problem on ATM , so i pay to change , they let me choose the card and I choose Maybank card debit master card platinum.

Update : Tested on google checkout, not working for now, last time still works...don't know what happened to the card

regarding the CIMB card, I think it's enable because I swipe few times and it's able to use, start from 3 weeks ago , I can't swipe anymore, I will try to check on the ATM if found any in shopping mall, ic..just know about the limit is RM1,000, but what i purchase is not more than RM 500..haha

and that just bugs me the whole afternoon and i somehow manage to know a few things from maybank staff, they say that the master platinium have platinium benefits offer by master worldwide Privileges, and earn treats point for signature based and pin based transaction where visa only apply for signature base.

the only reason someone would chng from visa debit to platinium master debit (which cost RM12) is that one individual can set the purchase limit to 10k instead of 5k.

not sure if these two really differences alot but anyone know about how the treats point works? like cash back reward or like bonus link ? or some other?
din't get to ask so much thing from the maybank stuff and unfortunately, my office line is snail-slow

Of course you can't. It is a debit card, not a credit card.

Pay RM12 and get your "upgrade" from original yellow Bankard or from Cherry Visa Debit Card.
BUT the stock for this Manchester United Debit Card is very very low at Maybank branches.

LOL Sometimes their staff also not updated one. FYI, Saving/Current account holder can opt for that card.
Which branch is that ? I changed mine in Sunway's branch. Perhaps you can try there also.
