I'm planning to buy a new PC and pay monthly installments. Can I do that with a Maybank Debit Visa card? Or must I get a credit card?

You have to have a credit card if you want to do that...

What is the main difference between Public Bank Visa Electron and Day2Day?

Also why do some site's payment allows you to select Visa or Visa Electron. Isn't both the same?

i tried MAS,Air Asia & Royal Brunei all can.dont know about EVa but should be most major airlines accept it via their online booking

i have applied for the public bank D2D debit card, and after i got the card, i tried to use it at the ATM, but the ATM cancelled my transaction.

is that normal? going to try out again tomoro though

Is Bank Card Number and Credit Card Number the same as my Debit/ATM card for CIMB?
They rejected my linking.

Actually Bank card number/ credit card number is the number that appear on your card that you holding... Usually there will be a number appear on the card.... If you using the Debit card (you can use as credit card and the number that appear are same as credit card).... So far I heard is CIMB still cant have any online transaction but that is few month ago....

For CIMB Debit MasterCard, it is instant, while CIMB e.MasterCard 3 weeks are needed.....

yes you can do online but youhave to print the application form enclosed with your ic and send to the given address, use pos express or you r favourite courier service..

i got cc already, so no need a debit card. Besides that, that debit card have to pay annual fee RM8.

go to the bank and ask them to change the debit card to non annual fee/non unlimited withdrawal option, but remember that you can withdraw from ATM for free for 4 times a month, after that it will be charge RM0.50 each
