How long does pre-auth refund last?
I cancelled two orders sucesfully from merchants as reported. Been like two weeks and yet to get my revision refund. Does it really take this long?

I'm going to open a saving account with the debit card... Just don't which bank I should choose and I having headache with these
 ... And I'm a student, its better if the bank can transfer college fees viz debit saving account... going to be 18 in march...  |

CIMB Bank debit MasterCard cannot be used for online transaction. You'll want to avoid this card if you might use your card online. |

I got problem with my PB Debit Card, when i do transaction adding some money (cash deposit) on my PB Debit Card, when i check my paypal is show $0 balance..

Can i use visa debit card like credit card? I buy some apps at window mobile zune but they keep send me they can't charge me...how do i solve this? I didn't have credit card...
