I think apply online is more convenient since apply in branch still need to wait for the card.
Is the flow look like this?
1. apply online
2. received card (~2 weeks)
3. contact PBB for card received
4. PIN received (~1 week)
5. Bank in amount to the account
6. Card ready to use
7. Call PBB for adding this account to my current PBB online account

just tried to apply the Esso debit online, after filling all the stuff.
How do i enclose the signed customer copy and IC copy to Public Bank Card Service? only by post? cannot email???

If I remember correctly, the following events took place :-
1. Applied online. (I didn't mind printing out the copy and mailing it to PB. My friend, however, chose to let PB employee do all the work instead.

)
2. Received card. (~2 weeks)
3. Received Pin. (~1 week)
4. Went to PB to set up online banking.
