QUOTE(feralee @ Jul 29 2013, 09:51 PM) Went there today 60% sold. unless got those fail to secure loan Now only rebate 8% Thanks feralee for the update. We can really count on you to get the latest progress of this project. Really appreciate it. I think it goes without saying that the remaining 40% are the larger units. Now with only 8% discount i wonder what other incentive will be given by PJD to entice potential buyers.

TQ The arrangement is, the developer must have quota for Bumi in the development area. As mentioned previously, there still have 40% unit available in YouVista - but for Bumi lot la Cheers!

QUOTE(HeartRock_Cafe @ Aug 1 2013, 12:08 AM) wonder why youcity so hot but youone no supported in LYN I think this is mainly due to below: 1. Closer to MRT 2. The concept of You One (township) 3. USJ is already a mature developed city, Cheras still plenty of potential especially after the MRT project completed.

The Tanah Rezab Melayu is even stated in the S&P doc "Talking within a fact rather than crap" Cheers!

This is serious topic, investors better chk on the implications.
