This project without MRT is worthless as the only access in just like a puzzle!!
Anyway, if you are not goin to be the MRT user. U have to rethink to buy this project...
I personally just don't like this place although I'm staying here now...

I see most MRT nearby project will touch 1000sf in next 5 years...
My saville Bangsar shouldn't have nothing less than 1200 psf very soon... Hahahaha...
