I think it is more issue of surrounding as no amenities around where local not interested to rent here. Hopefully when mrt is running there will be more interest in youcity. Then again, the walking is quite a distance.

There are alot of Nigerians here due to the strict ruling. They prefer that. Due to their nature of business they prefer this type of condo with tight security.. Morover most of them are single they dont have any elderly living with them. As for us local we stay with our family.

I am sorry you felt that way. But surely the rules are not complicated or hard to follow? I think it is reasonable to not allow residents to simply hang their clothes or leave their shoes outside creating a messy environment. Strict rules enforcement is actually a sign that security is doing its job.

I am currently staying in a condo where security used to be very loose (complete opposite of what you described). Quality of living really dropped and it took a long time for the management to gain back control of the situation and change the mindset of the residents. So strict enforcement from day one is preferable. I have no problem if they need to check my resident card once in a while rather than allowing random strangers into the condo.

Of course the PH issue is a separate issue.

why didn't they switch on the light outside the buiding recently?

the responsible developer normally they will provide dryer to each unit . Then they can implement such rules prohibited hang clothes at balcony

Well, let's not compared this to a high end condo because obviously You Residence is not. At the same time this is not a low cost flat either. Only true residents can clarify what it means by hanging clothes at the balcony. I presume it meant hanging clothes at the railings of the balcony which is very unsightly. The use of a proper clothes drying rack should at least be tolerated. And also, the proper area for clothes drying as per the original design is of course the yard area which comes standard with most condos now.

I am interested in getting a unit at you vista, but seems like the link bridge to future development is gone. Is it still walkable to future mrt station under the surrounding condition?

Do you know how is the connection from You Vista to Atria mall? Seems like need to walk through a road shared by the mall and residents nearby
Would be nice if got sheltered walkway to Atria mall

Bridge is fine , walking disctance is acceptable , maybe they will rebuilt on future needs. what is the so big lake front of You vista ? i never know this .

its not a lake, that parcel of land own by someone else.
he refuse to sell to PJD, smart guy..

phase 3 should be shopping mall+serviced apartment.
unlikely they will abort, probably waiting for the right time, at the same time improve their current Atria mall management.

it will be a good news for us if they sell it to PJD...
