Aiyo... take semi furnish worth lar..i think renovation cost will chop by renovation company when purchasers plan to do their unit.. new sure kena chop 99 unless u r flipper so take rebate instead of semi.. but that time they no offer u semi furnish package?or alternative to choose?

Mind to share what are the furnishing in exchange of RM45K rebate? mind to post photos the quality of the furnishing given?

Not sure what is the inside package or design or quality . but sure 45K cannot do much on new renovate . i take rebate it but also regards bit. now i have to headache on renovation..

is haven't get the key yet.. may on this months i guest .

just dont expect it like show room loz

Hahaha its good to take rebate and you can design what you want.. both got pros and cons lar... semi package will have their own designersor outsource to other companies to fix it... where if you design yourself sure expensive lo. . Cheer....

I knew Endah promenade is poor . unexpected the You one USJ is same . i thouhgt it is USJ you one should be very great project so far. but both project is very good lcation and sales surprisingly.

Poor in term of what? For me.. Every projects have defect 1... i bought 1 unit at You one..Just solve .my defect but minor lo..human cant satisfy and sure go for complaints..

Rental here keeps dropping. I believe the situation will get btr with MRT completion but incoming VP of youvista will flood d market again. Occupancy can pick up if developer bring in more retail shops/fnb.

I have been visiting once, i saw several malay teenagers jumped into the pool and then walked around with wet body, and then sit on sofa. The guard was not even care about that.

Also the cigarette butt is everywhere on the floor.
