I use this road front of the Pasar Pagi Batu 9 every morning to go to work. They already cementing the place behind you vista to make a lot for selling cars. Can see few banners. So, where exactly they are going to build the mall or You Place? You guys should go check out the place if you have not in some time.

Mind to share how much time (in average) from the pasar pagi to Cheras Sentral in your morning trip? Thanks.

The day before the holiday morning rain created massive jam around the jalan cheras road. i think the traffic is a concerning factor over there.

So how much time on average (in minutes) from Pasar Pagi Batu 9 to Cheras Sentral during your morning trip?

I x stay there. I m from the opposite direction. In fact, most of the time I m glad that I m from and to opposite direction of the 'sardines'

Depends on the time u out.

If u working in KL/PJ, u need to out at least 6am to avoid jam.

They have contra lane open - but all motorist want to use causing jam also when want to enter the lane

From pasar to Cheras sentral during peak hours, i can give estimate 20-30 minutes.

If no jam. 3-5min only

Around 615am-7am, u need about 10min.

After 7am - bout 20-30 min.

My friend once said, if i out late by 1 min, will be late bout 30-40 min to work

350-400k and 300k is a big difference bro, dun mislead ppl. Casa Mutiara and maytower sometimes got cheap ones but never less than 350k, not 300k...

I think not kosong.. sure got some units got semi furnish 1..

I hope I m wrong but i foresee that once the VP is out...given the economy condition now, many will rush to rent out their unit out at whatever cost.

But to uphold and to protect your property in the long run please
1) DO NOT rent out your unit at a price which is too low as that will attract different market segment. it is abit sensitive to elaborate here but i think you guys know what i m referring; and,
2) DO NOT rent out to foreigner without a proper working permit. Illegal foreigner might spawn and you might not like it.

Of course this is only my personal opinion. and it takes the unity of all the owner to achieve this which is unfortunately, never easy.

yes , my units is come with semi-furnish like wardrobe & kitchen cabinet ..if buyer not take it can rebate back RM45'000 ~~during the time key hangoff .
