ya..no doubt..their hartamas regencey series is quite good..

anyway the You city one main selling point is the shopping mall...so if no any experience in managing the shopping mall could be a issue as well..

main point should be MRT ~ shopping mall not 100 % dead should be ok.

compare with cheras central it will much better. only direct mall competitor should be ekocheras mall in this area.

cheras sentral also got MRT station in walking distance, right?

and cheras sentral got very good factors such as TGV cinema and anchor tenant Jaya grocery

hope the You city at least can bring in GSC/TGV cinema and also anchor tenat like AEON,tesco or jaya grocery...

cheras sentral got 2 MRT line but building structure ,access road and parking really vomit blood sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif
but tenant not bad lolz at least got jaya grocery and tgv ~

Googled Atria Mall, found this:-
"During the early 80's, The Atria was one of the most happening shopping places in the Klang Valley. French department store Printemps and Japanese supermarket chain Kimisawa opened there and attracted throes of people from near and far. Eden Restaurant and Treffpunkt German pub were there too, on the surrounding shophouses. Then, the big recession of the mid 80's hit and many of the outlets disappeared before Malaysians could pronounce Printemps (correctly). Today, a more subdued Atria is still chugging along and playing a useful role serving the immediate neighbourhood. The middle portion has been joined and the two double-decked car parks are still sitting on both ends of the now longish mall. The food courts that flanked the middle, on both sides, are still there too. They appear run down when seen in comparision with Atria. She recently received a makeover and a new coat of paint. As she sits there reminiscing her glorious past, there are talks that Atria may be replaced with a high-rise building"

Now the problem is not abt ekocheras or cheras central that to compete with You One, but is the overall economic of Malaysia that is in downturn will affect the property market.

The mall will not be completed until 2018/2019. The economy then is anybody's guess.
