From previous comment, link bridge from the mall to you vista was removed due to safety reason. But, i like the new design of the mall, looks modern and exclusive. Yes, a bit dissapointed with this changes, hopefully the mall will attract well known anchor - at least aeon big or parkson.

Well, even if the price is too ambitious (like in some other projects), we will still get potential buyers talking about it here in Lowyat. I think the reason here is the very low key launch. PJD had been very successful with the previous 2 phases, so why is the current phase not promoted more heavily? I mean they have a lot of selling points...the mall, direct link to the MRT, somebody here is saying there could be a college etc. If they are going to make the price higher, they might as well go all out with the marketing.

RM800 psqft? That was KLCC prime are price psqft during year 2004 to 2005.

If it is SOHO then is possible, because the are selling year 2018 price (completion date).

Zeta Park SOHO at Jalan genting klang is selling at above RM800psf with similar concept (with shopping complex)

Wish to going back in year 2004 with current savings, and invest at KLCC area tongue.gif ,during that time people who bought property with price RM800 psqft can considered very rich.
